Questions about Equiply
How does the 14-day trial work?
A card is required. Try Equiply with your own equipment for 14 days. Your subscription then continues at $99/month unless you cancel before the trial ends.
What happens after I sign up?
Create your account and verify your email. Set up your profile and organization, then start your trial at checkout. Add one item and assign it to an employee before bringing in the rest.
Can I import my existing equipment list?
Yes. Open Equipment and choose Import. Download the CSV template, add your equipment and upload the file.
How do I cancel?
As an organization admin, open Billing, choose Cancel subscription and confirm the cancellation. Check Billing to make sure the cancellation succeeded. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
Can I manage equipment across several locations?
Yes. Record each item’s location and employee assignment, and filter your equipment list by location. The plan includes unlimited locations.
How do the QR labels work?
Print an item’s QR label and scan it with your phone to open its equipment record. You can then check the details and recorded assignment.
Does Equiply show an item’s live GPS location?
No. Equiply shows the location and employee recorded for an item. It does not provide live GPS tracking.
